Flight Path

An in-depth course for riggers and self-tiers on responsibly building and managing uplines.  This class is for those confident in harness building and rope handling, ready to start working on static partial suspensions, or experienced riggers who want a review. This class is for individual tyers, not pairs.

Prereq: All participants must know how to build and assess suspendable harnesses, know risk and safety in rope specific to suspension,  have excellent in-rope communication skills, and have already taken Rope Zero.

Tools: At least four ropes acceptable for suspension, safety shears,  and something weighted with two straps to use for practice– such as a backpack or duffel bag.
