Tendon Connections

This open level workshop is geared towards physically conditioning the rigger and bottom in their rope work. The session will involve anatomy education, active stretching, joint preparation for the hand, wrist, shoulder, and hips, as well as elements of body weight strength, inversions, hand balancing, hanging and brachiations, spinal work, and partner exercises to prevent injury in your rope practice.

Informed by his experience and education as a licensed massage therapist, dancer, rope bottom, and calisthenic training in movement, Will has created this class for anyone working with a body and rope.

Please wear comfortable clothing (think gym) and bring your socks and some jute- we will create the tools we need with rope.
