William (they/she) is a queer artist, designer and builder based in Brooklyn, New York; a pervert, a rope bondage enthusiast, a sadist, a Dominant, and the founder of Temple New York. 

William has been a student of Shibari since meeting Midori in 2003.  Since then they have had the honor of learning from many teachers, most notably with Chiaki in NYC and Tokyo as well as KissMeDeadlyDoll in NYC, focusing primarily on Naka style and semenawa.  Since the founding of Temple New York in 2019, William has been working as a community organizer, educator, and professional Dominant.  They have been involved in events and productions including Dances of Vice and Torture Garden, and have tied with internationally acclaimed Shibari artist Hajime Kinoko for their New York installation art performances.  

William combines their experiences in theater, performing arts and their degrees in fine art to build worlds of the imagination, within venues like Temple and within private and performance scenes.
